TheWoWDBIf not using coordinates, it's located on the mountainside just northwest of Wintergarde Keep and southeast of Bronze Dragonshrine when looking at the map. You will be able to see the dragon skeletons. Bronze Dragonshrine is not listed on the map, but it's the circular area northwest of Wintergarde Keep. Fly in that direction from Wintergarde and you will see the flame area.
