TheWoWDBSearch for a group in Group Finder using “Housewarming” (or similar). Apply, and once you’re invited, right-click the raid leader and select “View House” (faction-dependent). Head to the house entrance and interact with it to zone in and complete the quest.
After that, spend a few minutes on YouTube or Wowhead learning how housing works so you can set up your own place and host runs the next week this quest comes up—because eventually you’ll want to be the one everyone freeloads off of.

Description
Kirin Tor scholars have argued for centuries over the semantics of a "gathering". How many people are required? For how long must they remain? Who is bringing the beverages? Debates have raged into the night. Papers written. Research grants awarded. Consensus yet eludes the scholars, but they still meet often to deliberate. They take turns bringing beverages.
