TheWoWDBThis is one of the new Inscription weeklies added in Mists of Pandaria. Completing them requires level 600 Inscription. The reward is a Scroll of Wisdom, which is used for Darkmoon Cards, Epic Staves, and Epic Off-hands. There are only two viable methods for obtaining a Scroll of Wisdom: the daily cooldown (Scroll of Wisdom) and these weeklies.
For this specific quest, you have to obtain 10 [item=87828] from Tigers across Pandaria (A rough list of Cats on Pandaria) and use them with your Inscription ([spell=127475]) to create the five special Inks needed to complete the quest.
