TheWoWDBThis is one of the new Inscription weeklies added in Mists of Pandaria. Completing them requires level 600 Inscription. The reward is a Scroll of Wisdom, which is used for Darkmoon Cards, Epic Staves, and Epic Off-hands. There are only two viable methods for obtaining a Scroll of Wisdom: the daily cooldown (Scroll of Wisdom) and these weeklies.
For this specific quest, you have to take the given quest item and use it with your Inscription (Engraved Jade Disk) to create the item needed to complete the quest.
