Ley Race

I did this one a few times today as there are way more than 20 ley lines you could go for.
I did notice (even when I repeated the same path) that sometimes you can see them - and sometimes you can't, but if you run through the right spots you still get the energy.
In the end I went with this path (heading north from the starting point)

Edit: Today the world quest icon indicated the quest was at 37.5, 18.7 (near Challiane's Terrace) - but the NPC was not there with the Mana Sabers, she was still at the previous location of 63.1, 29.9 (Near the Felblaze Ingress flight path)
Also, it appears blizzard have added quest POI circles on the mini map for the leylines, but I still prefer the waypoints :)

The Aszuna quest marker is in the wrong place on the zone map, showing it incorrecty at 37, 17 in Aszuna. It's really at 63, 29 in Aszuna, as other comments say. Maybe 60 yards southwest of the Felblaze Ingress flightpoint in Northeastern Aszuna. The world quest didn't show up until I was right between the purple [npc=110903]s; I'm not sure if you need to be that close, or there was just a bit of lag before it showed up for me. But the purple mana sabers by [npc=110904] are the ones you want to hop on for the quest.

This World Quest is started by jumping onto one of the sabers located next to Archmage Nielthende at 31.8, 46.8 (Suramar), 63.0, 29.8 (Azsuna), 32.4, 60.2 (Highmountain), 34.8, 70.4 (Stormheim). Steer the Mana Saber down the road and to the right through the ley spots.

There doesn't seem to be a fixed path for them, so you don't have to follow a specific path, but they do appear at different locations on the road.
