Description

Baelog and Eric swear there's got to be treasure at the bottom of the mine. Why? Because it's a mine! An' we sure do love rocks that sparkle.

On our last trip, we were beaten back by huge ogres. Baelog held up the rear, swingin' his sword, while Eric rushed on ahead to try and find a quick exit.

Wouldn't you know, in all that excitement, I done lost my shield AGAIN?

This item can only be looted from the heroic version of the instance and all dungeon quests from the Tavern/Inn now require you to kill the last boss in each instance also.
If you are as geared as you can be and/or don't really want to run heroics, you can also complete the dungeon on normal and still get credit for the boss kill required. You then just extend the heroic lockout and run back in on heroic to collect the item.

On the northern outskirts of Frostfire Ridge, the Bloodmaul ogres run a brutal mining operation amidst the sweltering heat of active volcanic caverns. Slaves from across Draenor are transported to the mines, never to leave alive.

Can be soloed by a stealth class.
Those without stealth, theoretically possible. Mobs in the way: A pack of 2 -> pack of 3 -> pack of 3 -> 2 patrollers.

A little outdated. Fetching the shield can be soloed by any stealth class. But since they made a boss kill on the final boss an explicit requirement for quest completion, that's probably not soloable by any stealth class except maybe a dual-spec guardian/feral druid. Maybe. Since the quest item is right on the way to the first boss, there's no great reason to stealth take the thing.
