[npc=128935] & [npc=128930] rares are located in Nazmir Zul'Nazman on Zandalar isle.

[npc=128930] will fight along side of [npc=128935], however it is best to deal with Rohnkor first. Upon Rohnkor's death, Mala'kili will enrage, however seems considerably weaker of the two.
In addition: Rohnkor and Mala'kili are both references from Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, with Rohncor being a reference to the Rancor that Luke fought and killed in Jabba's palace, and Mala'kili being a reference to Malakili, Jabba's beastmaster that raised and trained the Rancor.
