The offerings don't appear to respawn, so you will be spending a long time hunting for the last one. Good luck.

Be prepared for a tough grind, particularly if you are a squishy. The Offerings only spawn (and do not appear to respawn) in four "houses," loaded with hostiles, all of which do respawn with some frequency, including a pat who is no patsy. It's a target-rich environment, so you'll find yourself fighting with lots of mobs you didn't invite to the party, The "last" offering is guarded by four mobs on the outside and three inside the house. Bring lots of potions because you'll need them. Oh and one Offering isn't in one of the houses, it's on an elevated path on your way to meet Brann. Don't forget to let Brann know how much you enjoyed this grim grind.
[object=288329] looks like vase filled with boiling blood.
Most of them located inside buildings (there may be even 2-3 in some buildings.
Vases also cam be found near the buildings or just one the streets.Offerings to G'huun - www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fff-_5E7TmY

Description
Been watchin' these cultists with both good eyes. Those big glowin' jars o' theirs look important. Opened one up and it sent a shiver down me spine, but nothin' seemed worth the takin'. If it ain't worth stealin', I guess it's worth smashin'.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Nazmani Cultists
The rumors o' the blood trolls from back in Boralus don't line up with the letters from Captain Conrad. Open to trade? Willin' to work with us against the Horde? Ready to teach us their magic? Hogwash. Only time worth spendin' with these evil trolls is time killin' 'em.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Captain Conrad
Looks like there's couple o' guards posted by this hut. If I had ta guess, Captain Conrad'll be in there. Somethin' still feels off about this place, though. Why don't ya go on ahead and I'll hang here in case things go south fast? I got yer back, <name>.
