TheWoWDB/way 70.7, 75.4. This one looks like it's right near the quest giver when you get it but it's almost the other side of the map. If you have the fp for Pridefall Hamlet, Revendreth it will help quite a bit.

If you did threads of fate and never completed any Revendreth side quests. This may be why when you upgrade the mirror network you have no mirrors. You must go back and do the laurent series of quests. Its called Mirror Maker of the Master under the Sojourner of Revendreth Achievement. Quest line begins with An Unfortunate Situation Quest start from Laurent 26 49 Revendreth. Defeat Costel 29 48 and recover Laurent's Belongings.
So far both available mirrors to me are gates at the top of the giant lifts. As with the one for The Eternal Terrace, make your way to Pridefall Hamlet's giant lift and it's at the top.

Description
Work has been completed on a mirror that will allow travel between Sinfall and Pridefall Hamlet. However, it has yet to be attuned. The attunement process is quite simple. Just head to the mirror's location in the world, and pass through it once, returning to Sinfall. When you have done so, travel between the two mirrors should be seamless.
