TheWoWDBI finished all these quests sometime ago so when I got the quest to find Laurent again, I could not find him. So this is where he is if you have the same situation I did. Go to Sinfall where the covenant is. Click on the bat near the mirror that will transport you to the surface. Set way to 27.35, 40.40. This is near the grate that you can jump through to get back to the covenant area. He's on a ledge just a few steps away. Ridiculous how much I had to search to find him right next to me.

You all are probably not as dumb as me, but in the off-chance you are. Take the elevator up at 30, 47. Bang a right when you get off. Head up the rock road veering left and you'll realize you are headed in the right direction where the mirror is and ultimately Laurent..

This assumes you have finished the dungeon quest, Halls of Atonement: Medallion of Pride, and that the medallion of wrath was secured, despite the fact that it never comes up again in the questline, and it's place still sits empty in Sinfall.

Description
I've received word that Laurent's made substantial progress with his repairs. Once the mirror has been restored, we can realize our efforts to recover the final medallion. Head to the ramparts and see if his work is near completion.
