Here's how to get there, since Blizz felt no need to provide any meaningful direction. The circles are provided but I didn't find them helpful - so after 20 minutes of looking this is how I got there. This is somewhat of a synthesis of the other directions provided.

1. Fly to Sanctuary of the Mad flight path.
2. Right behind you, there's an elevator. Take the elevator up.
3. Find the stairs at /way 30.81, 42.19. Go down them.
4. At the bottom of the stairs, there's only one way you can go - through the mirror. Do it.

Ok, here is how to get this quest to work...
1. Fly to Sinfall after accepting the quest in Oribos.
2. Go to the circle fence area (30.41 Sinfall), go down the stairs, turn right, then...
3. Go through the mirror (29.42). There are a lot of other mirrors in the area, but this is the one you want, underground. The one inside that is marked in the main area of the Convent is NOT the mirror that you need for the quest, so if you flew a different way, go back out and try again.

If you went through the right mirror, Old Prince Renathal is right there...

Description

I knew you could be counted on. Revendreth's revival relies on forging pacts with those outside of our realm. The Prince never had any doubt that you would agree to join our cause. He summoned the Court of Harvesters in anticipation of your arrival. Renathal awaits you within Sinfall, where you will be presented to the court.
