After killing Grand Monitor Rorok go into the building behind him and head for the hanging chain. Hoist yourself up with it, climb up the stairs on your left, and circle back around inside the tower. Follow the stairs up and take a left when you exit back outside again. The mirror is at the end of this path.

Do not go into the underground rotunda in the middle of the square. You'll simply get lost. Grand Monitor Rorok is on the stairs by the building at the edge farther along.
When you go up the last flight of stairs (kind of stairs) the mirror you need to turn is to your left. If you go right, you fight about a dozen imp like flying creatures (forget their name), and the quest objective will say it's higher up. It's not really. It's just higher up because you took a step down to get to that landing. Go to the left, there's one bear like creature, kill him, click on the mirror, you're done.

What to do
Description
They're all still active... The stoneborn, the gargon, the stone fiends... All of 'em! Don't got much time. They're always watching. <Breakfist points up.> Vulca told me to follow that big beam of Light in the sky. Goes to a tower guarded by a big old brute, though. Couldn't get in.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
