TheWoWDBI did the vault, opened every single door, but the quest still says "0/1 Secure the Vault". Not sure how to progress.

Same issue. Solved it by exiting and returning to kill the Experiment again. This took two tries, but the second time I did it. Not that I think might have caused an issue, but the first two times killing the Experiment, I pulled it into the landing at the bottom of the entrance stairs. The third i killed it in the middle of the room.
I had problems with this one too! I didn't realize until I finished the Vault and went out to turn in and it wasn't complete. I figured I missed something and went right back in to check things out and had to kill the slimes and experiment again. The big green experiment upon death, completed the quest for me!

Description
There are still more vaults, but there aren't enough of us to explore them all. That's where you come in. Could you look for more keys? Then we can continue exploring the vaults. Tacha and I will stay here and work on documenting our earlier discoveries. That's tough work, but one of us has to do it. Okay, two of us. But it is a lot of work, I assure you.
