To complete this world quest you have to collect [item=177880] from [npc=166206] mobs and throw them in the pools (just use quest item)

You will want to head for the pool of water that you see on the map up above the "Sinfall" words on the map and located at the world quest icon.
The objective here is pretty simple. You will want to slay 8 [npc=166206] and each one has a chance of dropping [item=177880]. Once you receive [item=177880] you will want to click it (either in your bag or in the quest area) and it tosses it into the pool giving you credit.
The drop rate ~50% chance. Killed 10 mobs and got 5 for those wondering on drop chance.
