If you're coming from the Veiled Grotto outpost, go North toward Garden of the Loa. You'll pass through Mount Mugamba and come to a lake with a bridge. Before you cross the bridge, turn northwest and you'll see a small path going up the hill, across the lake. The lake with the bridge is at 46.17, 28.91. The small pathway starts at 45.50, 28.72.
Just do /way 46.6 28.5 and look across (west) the water, there is your little path that Blizzard hid so well. (certainely not to annoy you)
