I cant see the NPC im Necrolord and im 59 lvl renown. with 8/9 domination campaign. I can see on the map that orange ! but i cant see the NPC. Anyone can help me pls?

Description
You have brought great honor to the Necrolords. Such honor attracts the attention of others yet again. Zo'sorg has once again requested your presence in Oribos. Go at once. The favor of Cartel Zo is not something we want to squander. A broker clan's trust is not one effortlessly gained. Perhaps they have more rewards to bestow upon you.
