After you will reach 22 level on Your [currency=1822] You will get Quest from [npc=176100] 42 69 now you need to fly to Oribos to [npc=168011] 34 57. After finish this quest you will be able to increase Unrated PvP Items to Rank 7 ( 197 ilvl ) using [currency=1792], speak with [npc=164096] to do it.

I turned in the quest. But i got nothing. I dont have any pvp items but i thought i would get a token to upgrade when i get a pvp item?
It grants you the ability to upgrade to rank 7, it doesn't actually give you an upgrade. This is the PvP equivalent to the story chapter rank locks on the covenant gear.
