TheWoWDBDecided to fly into Desolace rather than ride. Picked up the follow on quest Avenge Furien! before riding out to finish this one. Didn't get the option for My Time Has Passed. If you looking to complete as many quest as possible you might want to watch for that.
Then again if your reading this it's probably too late...

Running into an issue with this one. Get to the ? on my screen and the NPC is nowhere to be found, tried relogging etc. Nothing made them show up.
I've just completed this. When you arrive at Furien he appears to be dead and his mount is hovering over him but there is a "?" there.
It takes a LOT of manoeuvring to get the "?" to open but it will eventually and he isn't dead but 'dying' and then gives you quest, 'My time has passed'

Description
There is nothing left for you here, {name}. As for me, I must lay Masha's body to rest. Once I have done that I will go to the bombing site and begin the process of regrowth. Perhaps one day a new grove will bloom - a grove infused with the spirit of my child and the fallen night elf youths. If you wish to travel to Desolace, I hear word of a blood elf named Furien seeking adventuring partners. Perhaps you should seek him out. Farewell, friend, I will never forget you.
