That's incorrect, the ogres do NOT give rep for both factions, they only give rep for Kurenai/Mag'har. 10 rep per kill. My advice is to save the beads for consortium turn ins as you'll hit exalted with Kurenai/Mag'har (just from farming the beads) long before you do with the Consortium.
While killing, it only gives you rep for Kurenai/Mag'har. Give warbeads to consortium guy, and you gain only consortium rep. Alliance gain ONLY Kurenai rep, Horde gain ONLY Mag'har rep. Respectively you gain rep while grinding and turning in.

Description
All this waiting around for Oshu'gun to be ready for digging is eating into our profits, {name}. Fortunately, I've devised an alternate source of income. The ogres of Nagrand wear warbeads made of obsidian, a mineral that commands a hefty price in many other worlds. Zerid already has had to take care a few of the brutes as a matter of security. Think of the warbeads as an added bonus. Or better yet, don't think about it too much and just bring them to me.
