TheWoWDBJust turned this in and did not get anything from it. Judging by the text in the quest I expected some kind of reward. Put in a ticket but was told that I would not get a reply. RIP rewards.

Same here. I turned it in, and nothing. I have gotten previous cache rewards so this seems like a bug. Submitted report, pending response. Will update either way.
Same. I turned in Supplies of the Court of Harvesters and then the paragon quest and only got a chest for the supplies quest. I got nothing for the paragon turn-in.
