Turned in at Dalaran's Archaeology trainer shop ([zone=7502] 40,25). You need to go to the upper floor, where you will see star-shaped shelves on the wall. Find highlighted artifact on the shelves and click it.
Thanks. If you, like me, are blind and can't tell, look at the placards on the wall. It's hard to see/tell if you're just glancing or are used to the garrison way to display them (where it was way more obvious).
