I have been unable to complete this quest. I see the yellow ? at a distance but the quest turn-in NPC is not there. Strangely if I exit the area to the south then reenter the area I can see the tables and NPC for a few seconds but they then fade away. Any ideas? It turns out that I had begun the Broken Isle quest chain and that was preventing the NPC from showing. After getting to the part where you talk to the captain of the ship you can go back and see the NPC.

Description
That spice bread stuffing you made is a hit, but no Pilgrim's Bounty feast is complete without a slice of pumpkin pie. It's another traditional local dish, since it uses ripe Tirisfal pumpkins that only grow around here. If you don't know how to make pumpkin pie already, there's a recipe in your bountiful cookbook. Would you mind cooking up a few slices and bringing them to Francis Eaton outside Orgrimmar? He's bound to be running low by now.
