Wanted to make this more clear. If you have the Darkhaven flight point (at 60.59 60.61) fly there. Look around and you'll see a carriage. The door you're looking for is behind the carriage. Go in, descend, click on door, boom

I noticed something after doing this quest a second time on my void elf alt. He has a bit of dialogue when you pick up the quest with a tiny difference depending on your race :)

For most races:

My people were massacred, the Sunwell defiled, all to raise a lich in undeath.

For blood and void elves:

Our people were massacred, the Sunwell defiled, all to raise a lich in undeath.

I always appreciate little details that acknowledge my character's race, class, or personal history in the game.

Description

It appears I am at your mercy once more, {name}. Far be it from me to tell you the best way to absolve my sins as the Accuser insists we do. However... In that note, the Tithelord arranged a meeting with his contact in Darkhaven. Do you know where that is? If you do, we could investigate, gather more information, and present that information to the Accuser and Prince Renathal. I imagine that would be quite useful to them. And a very selfless act of assistance on my part, do you not agree?

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • There's Always a Paper TrailLevel 60

I noticed that you were surprised to find those strange weapons here. I sense the essence of their power as well. It is strangely familiar... We must discover where the weapons came from and who imbued them with such power.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Death's End DestructionLevel 60

It appears we have discovered a common enemy to pursue, <name>. Wherever that necromancer ran off to is no doubt filled with traitors, undead armies from another realm, and at least one lich... It cannot be a sin to kill such as these.
