TheWoWDBIf you cant finish this quest or doesnt show up, you need to do the Attonement Crypt Key quest.. To get there you need to start with The Accuser on "An Abuse of Power".
I had completed the whole Venthyr Campaing but never did this. No need for Dungeons, in case anyone wonders.

I got the quest from a key obtained while killing mobs during The Sinstone Archive. After turning in "Atonement Crypt Key", Cryptkeeper Kassir was immediately available as a guest. The Ember Court: Guest RSVPs tracker immediately updated and I was able to confirm by clicking on the [item=179958].
Furthermore, this allowed me to complete the quest Ember Court: Entertainment, which had been grayed out up to that point.

Description
Prince Renathal will wish to invite certain guests to each Ember Court. In the future, we'll be able to adjust the guest list to make it easier to please everyone in attendance. But, we should follow the Prince's lead on this first one. Work with Lord Garridan and Lady Ilinca to ensure that Cryptkeeper Kassir is able to attend and returns his RSVP. If you haven't met Cryptkeeper Kassir yet in your adventures, you may need to introduce yourself before he'll listen to you.
