TheWoWDBIf this quest is on your map, but you cannot seem to find where to go to pick it up, it is because you "lost" Kael'thas. I had killed Lady Ouix'Ara, a dungeon queue popped, and hearthed after I was finished. Kael'thas was nowhere to be seen. Even when you go to where the map says you can pick this quest up, it will not be there.
Solution: Go back to Death's End where you killed Lady Ouix'Ara. Kael'thas should reappear when you are in the area with Maldraxxi mobs. He will have the quest for you.

i am 7 out of 9 on the Venthry Campaign and before i can start Envy it says that i have to Find Laurent from the Ember Ward. i just cant seem to fin him anywhere. people have pinned his location and i go and i find nothing. this is my last hope before i switch to a different covent.
The venthyr campaign 'Envy' unlocks at 20 renown, which is unobtainable as of writing this comment. I'm sure this is the reason you can't start it.

Description
