All the things is telling me to do this but its no where to be found. I did all side quests and bonus quests when I originally went trough the zone 😢

You should get this bonus objective quest when you're at this quest: Fickle Fiendish Fish

Correct. I heard ingame the ATT addon making that sound which reminds you that upon doing something or taking or completing a quest, the ability to do one or more of some other not so important quests or breadcrumb quests, or objectives, will be disabled. In this case if you complete Fickle Fiendish Fish then I'm almost sure you will be unable to do this bonus objective.
