TheWoWDBCompleted the quest earlier and it showed that Reshanor was slain and gave the confirmation of completion on my screen, but the quest still showed on the map and I didn't receive any loot. I left the zone and returned, which eventually got the quest to stop showing as available, but still did not get any loot.

Got loot, but quest won't complete
Bugged on US for myself and several people I partied up with after today's reset. WQ not completing, even when relogging, flying away, restarting the game, etc. Killed the boss 3 times with no luck.
