This quest has three quest attached to it which are Zo'kita Fruit, Tazavesh Facade and Ethereal seal
Zo'kita Fruit: In the phase and kill the untethered Bumpskull to get the Untethered Hide (8)
Tazavesh Facade: You need to be with range of Shadowguard Darkweaver or Shadowguard infiltrator and Shadowguard VoidRipper use the Essence Scanner ( /way 40.94, 58.29 )
(You can use it at the start Just do it before killing them) Only pull one or two at a time so you can get credit. If you pull more than one or two it will only give one or two credit from what ive seen.Ethereal seal: You have to kill the Trashamster and rummage through the tazavesh trash (not in phase)
Once you complete all go in your bad and look for Xy'vox Refuge Damper and right click to start the quest.
Then go to /way 31,22 58.20
Use the Xy'vox Refuge Dampener to reveal and eliminate Xy'vox the Twisted and kill the NPC

Xy'vox Refuge Dampener, 30g 98s, 11,750 XPDescription
Xy'vox the Twisted the former constable of Tazavesh, hailed from a powerful cartel family. Unknown to most, the family's power was obtained from illegal crimes, all conveniently overlooked by Xy'vox. When the truth came out, Xy'vox went into hiding. I believe the constable never left town, instead hides here in plain sight, continuing criminal activities. Create a Refuge Dampener to reveal Xy'vox to all of Tazavesh.
