Changing to warmode then taking the portal worked for me after other things did not. I had tried reloading and relogging , both didn't work. I also tried hearthing and taking the portal again but didn't work.

What to do
Description
We have need of more species to help pollinate. I have studied your world, and I believe your bees in Stormsong Valley will be best. Not the fire ones though. Too dangerous. Bring back some bees and we can see if they are suitable. Take this communicator in case I need to contact you.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Hmm, your photos make me think the hive is ready to swarm! This is the ultimate goal of any hive--birth a new queen and create a new hive. It does mean our queen needs to move to a new location, but there is plenty of eco-dome to go around, right? Can you help her find a new location?
