TheWoWDBIf you're struggling to figure out the Stolen Tech part of the quest - you need to have the special abilities granted by Kal'shin, and then stand near the boxes and use the 4th ability. It has a channel time so you have to stand still while casting it, even if you don't see a cast bar.

This quest was bugged for me. I was able to find Kal'shin, but after talking to him I was immobilized. I could not walk, or turn. I could mount and use some abilities. I tried reloading, but the only thing that worked for me was exiting the game.
