If you're struggling to figure out the Stolen Tech part of the quest - you need to have the special abilities granted by Kal'shin, and then stand near the boxes and use the 4th ability. It has a channel time so you have to stand still while casting it, even if you don't see a cast bar.
Please note that you have to do the purple quests in K'aresh and unlock the phase diving before you can start this quest.
This quest was bugged for me. I was able to find Kal'shin, but after talking to him I was immobilized. I could not walk, or turn. I could mount and use some abilities. I tried reloading, but the only thing that worked for me was exiting the game.

Step 2 of 2. Chain order is read from the prerequisite data in the current retail client build, so it reflects what the game requires, not a curated storyline. A step the build does not name is kept in place, unnamed, so the sequence stays complete.
Its criteria name 2 quests; others include:
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
Completing this quest counts toward this achievement.
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

/way #2371 77.1 48.8Map coordinates of the pins above. An area the client draws as a shape is given by the centre of its points.
Quests whose map markers the client places closest to this one on K'aresh, nearest first. Distances are straight lines between the markers.
Flight points closest to the quest’s first objective area marker on K'aresh:
Straight-line distances in yards between the quest’s own map markers (QuestPOI) and the client’s flight-point positions (TaxiNodes); flight paths and terrain are not modelled.
