The full size map isn't good at showing the marker, but I picked it up at Founder's Point and was able to water plants in Razorwind Shores, since this week both my housing communities had the same Visiting people.
UPDATE
With minimap tracking for Points Of Interest showing the gold dots, and the minimap zoomed out, plus Steady Flight, it was pretty easy.Yes, it did let me turn it in for the opposite Housing zone.

Description
Hey there, I was collecting herbs around your neighborhood, and I kind of zoned out, and lost track of time. It's so pretty here! I think I may have picked too many herbs. I have an enchanted watering can that should help new ones grow back in, if you have the time to help them grow back?
