TheWoWDBYou will get an encounter bar that will fill up as you get closer to the crystals. They (most) glow pretty well, so should not be too hard to see. They look like the mana crystals from Legion. If you watch the screen closely, right after you click on the first one you find, there will be a little wisp that guides you to the next crystal. Some are hidden under bushes so they can be harder to see the glow.

Why would anybody do this quest? It's not that it's hard, of course. It's just the worst -of-the-worst in running and collecting pointless widgets. This is a WotLK Oracles faction level pointless quest.

Description
Oh hey, just the person I was looking for! Some of your neighbors are looking to get into enchanting. They aren't quite ready for prime time yet, but I have an idea to get them started. It looks like there's an area in your neighborhood that has slight magical energy. Can you take this locator and find some crystals for them? They only need to be slightly magical. We don't want them to cause an accident!
