There appears to be a bug in acquiring this quest if you make the mistake of upgrading your home before accepting the quest. House doesn't appear to actually upgrade either.

When turning it in, her dialogue said something like, "While you were away, a letter came for you." But I see no evidence of a letter in my mail or any sort of follow-up quest. What's that about?
(Maybe it was a breadcrumb to the guy who gave "Furniture Favor" in Dornogal? I had already picked up that quest so maybe that's why there's a mysterious disconnect.)
I had the quest but couldn't complete it because I upgraded my house already. I dropped the quest and couldn't pick it back up. But I did "/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(94379))" and it says TRUE, meaning I completed the quest.... Now I'm REALLY confused.

What to do
Description
It looks like your house is ready for an upgrade. This doesn't normally happen so fast, but you've really made an impression around here. Head on over to our general contractor for next steps.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

A house isn't quite a home without the perfect furnishings. It looked like there were some vendors in town. Perhaps it would be worth checking what they have in stock.
