Riding the Red Rocket

So, after wasting 20 mins reading BS posts here I figured out how to do it.
Fella that gives you the quest spawns when that small island is capped ALL the way to the end.
When you pick it up, head to the boat right in front of him. There are 3 of em, you need the middle one. It filled out with "Venture Co" dudes. In a small room there are 2 red cans (that 115 crap). Pick up one. Go outside. Get on flying mount. Now fly back to the NPC who gave you the quest. If you face him, fly pass. You will see a dock there with 1 huge rocket and 4 small red ones. The red one is the one you need. Sit on it like any vehicle and head to the boat you need to destroy.
The boat which needs to be destroyed is North-West (if you look on the map). Unusual looking boat with horde flags and crates. You can see where it spawns with Blizz quest tracker thingy.

Useful things to note when doing this:

• While carrying the Element 115 you can mount up without dropping it, but you won't run any faster than normal running speed, so don't bother. You can however swim or water-walk across the water instead of running around the piers.
• 
  
• When you're riding the torpedo, use the keys to turn and not the mouse. If you use your mouse, the camera will turn faster than the rocket and disorient you. The keys will turn at the same speed as the rocket and keep your camera forward all the time.
• 
  
• The boat you have to destroy is the wooden Horde boat up by the lumber mill, NOT the central metallic one with the captain. Don't waste your time aiming for the one in the middle, your target is northwest of this.
• 
  
• Avoid all the ice while on the torpedo, if you hit any of the ice floating on the water, or an iceberg, the torpedo will explode and you'll have to go back and get the element all over again.
