TheWoWDBDon't turn this quest in until you've finished all the ones from Raegar Breakbrow next to this questgiver. Being able to move around without aggro'ing anything is very handy in the dense questing area.

Something to add to this great tip: the disguise is removed when you mount, but you can use it while on the mount and it won't dismount you!
Okay, I thought I would add a comprehensive post for this group of quests for everyone:
- Do the following 3 quests together:
Started by finishing: Cultivating an Image
Started by finishing: ... Or Maybe We Don't
Also started by finishing: ... Or Maybe We Don't- Once inside Dun Argol, put on the disguise and head over to the building at 81,60 and complete the "Put on Your Best Face for Loken" quest
- Once you are done with that, do NOT remove your disguise or turn in the quest and head over to the building at 76,63 and go to the lower level.
- Bomb the power core and this completes the "Blackout" quest.
- While your are still in the building on the lower level and exercising some care to not be in aggro range, remove your disguise and activate your War Golem.
- EMP Anvil and attack Iron Thane Furyhammer. Anvil will be disabled for only so long so you'll probably have to EMP him again. Once Iron Thane is dead, this completes the "The Iron Thane and His Anvil" quest. After I killed Iron Thane, I destroyed Anvil too so I could loot them both.
- At this point I jumped out of the War Golem, put my disguise back on and walked out of Dun Argol.

Using the images you've captured, I've created everything you need for your overseer disguise kit. You'll make a fine iron dwarf, if I do say so myself. Take the kit with you to Dun Argol, use it to disguise yourself, then go to the easternmost building on the broad middle tier of the city. There, you should see a pedestal where the thane and overseers receive their orders from this Loken. Activate it while disguised and learn all you can from the communication.
