Tricky to find. You want to fly almost as high as the Tyrhold main building goes, landing on the south side. I was flying around in the underground looking for this WQ.
This pet battle is almost at the very tip top of the main building of Tyrhold, NOT below in the layers. I included a few screenshots (if they get approved) to show how high up this battle is.
