As mentioned after the quest, the members of Tyr's Guard will retreat to what they call Tyr's Rest. It is, indeed, just south of Tyrhold, at 59.6, 63.8, preparing for their upcoming encounter with Elisande in the Nighthold.

[npc=209001] stands outside, overseeing [npc=208997] and [npc=208999] training with [npc=92166]s. Inside, [npc=209000] is reassuring [npc=208998] after her traumatic experience.

The next step after this quest is Data Recovery. You can pick it up from Valunei in Valdrakken, she'll be standing next to the mailbox by the bank entrance (53.76, 60.60)

She will also be at Tyr's Rest in Tyrhold with the rest of Tyr's Guard, but will NOT give the quest. You need to fly out to Valdrakken to pick up the quest. It's beyond silly because she sends you right back to Tyr's Rest, but it is what it is.

Description

We were successful, {name}, but we barely made it back from our battle with the Black Empire. Eternus is still divining the location of the disc, and while she does, I'd like to ask a favor. I have unwavering faith in my recruits, but... I am worried about Valunei. I would speak to her, but I don't want it to appear as though I think she has failed us. Talk to her and make sure she's all right. It may also be a good idea to check in with the rest of Tyr's Guard as well.
