Scattered To The Winds

The Faded Journal Page is on the second floor of the building, tucked behind a bed to the left of the stairs. Took me ages to find it.

The [item=235545] is found in a cave with entrance /way 56.08 12.41, at the top of the mountainous area.

You can get up there via a path around /way 51.18 44.28. Run around the back of the mountain to find the cave.
