Scattered in Sunbeams

Scattered in Sunbeams is a quest for level 80-83 in Eversong Woods. It is step 2 of 4 in the Blinding Sun storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Eversong Woods at 50.5, 78.2. It rewards 11,750 experience and money.

Description

We've given the garden tenders some space to continue their work unimpeded. Hopefully they can keep this place pristine until Silvermoon has the chance to fix it up.

But now we need to figure out where the missing scholars are. They were studying mana influence on plants in the gardens toward the back. Perhaps we'll find a sign of them there.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Facing the SunEversong Woods · Level 80-83

This sanctum was studying the Lightbloom well before the incident at Fairbreeze. We had no reason to be concerned over their research up until that point. However, the last message we attempted to send never received a reply. And this doesn't look good now that we're here.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Gardener MishapEversong Woods · Level 80-83

The sanctum door seems to be locked. Probably from the inside. I believe an arcane construct is used for heavy lifting and general upkeep alongside the treants. The core of it should override the lock on the door and work as a master key. I doubt it will just let us take it, so be careful.
