Second Time Is The Charm is a quest for level 70 in Ohn'ahran Plains. It rewards 9,500 experience and money.
<Voraxian bounces the Odd Round Object in his hands a few times.>
Hmm, it lands in the hand well, like it was made for this. Let us talk to Veritistrasz and see if he knows more.

If you're like me and immediately started clicking on Veritistrasz, then you're interrupting the second half of the quest. Veritistrasz and Voraxian start talking shortly after accepting the second half of this quest. If, like me, you didn't notice the text and flew off before the conversation finished, then you need to drop the quest and pick it up again. You won't need to find the item again in the vaults, just don't do anything after accepting the quest. The dragons will chat and the quest will finish when the conversation is over.
Not bugged. You just have to stay while they have their conversation.
If you fly away during the conversation, come back, abandon quest and just start it again and let them finnish their talk.
Just sit and listen to them talk and after a bit, the quest will finish.
