Sat here for an hour and only 1 rare spawned (Turboris).. Might be a bug but the special rares from killing npcs to get keys aren't counting towards the 0/2 rares killed counter(stuck at 1/2)
I killed a rare in a Primal Storm in the Ohn'ahran Plains and it counted toward this quest.
