Flamestar Post - do all the quests, and in the end it will send you to Chiselgrip
Chiselgrip - Do all the quests in this hub and after Abuse of Power it will send you to Morgan's Vigil
Morgan's Vigil - As soon as you come here the quest is available to pick up from OraliusMost of the flameflys can be found if you head towards the Redridge Mountain road - they're all over the place

Nice to see the Cataclysm hasn't affected Oralius at all, he seems as sane as ever.
Not Fifty? (For those that don't know, Oralius pre-cat had a quest called "FIFTY, YEP!" which had you getting 50 blackrock orc ears, if I recall correctly.

We have to take action. Winky and Gor'tesh were fighting, so I planned this friendship ceremony to help the two of them make up. Everything was going well, until... Well, you know the rest. I even bought drinks! Winky loves flameflies. He runs off to chase them most every night. I'm thinking maybe that's where he went. You'll find flameflies to the west and north, wherever you find lava. Bring me seven of them, and hurry! Gor'tesh might leave next!
