Do 4 quests in Zuldazar - some rares will also apparently qualify as they show the Alliance shield when you mouse over the name - or until your log shows 4/4 on this quest. Fly to Warbeast Kraal and ride the pterrordax to the ship. Free 6 prisoners, destroy 2 fuel supplies and ride the pterrordax back to the FP. Ha! Easy once you figure out the steps, pfft. Hope this helps someone else who's clueless after reading the quest description.
Just in case you don't know: in your quest log, this quest is listed under "Assault."
Not all world quests in the zone count toward this quest; that is, the quests that do count are shown on the map with a sword symbol and a red outline for Horde, and a blue shield for Alliance. After completing the four world quests, (at least on Horde) you need to get to the trained pterrordax, which is located at 63.4, 46.2 in Zuldazar. It will take you up to an airship, where you will need to free six caged prisoners and destroy two fuel supplies (thank you, Linda535!) The fuel supplies are located downstairs below deck. Once these tasks are done, take the trained pterrordax back, and for Horde the quest turns in at the harbor near the Banshee's Wail ship (58.0, 62.6 in Zuldazar).
If you fall off the ship the pterrordax back is at Warbeast Krall. Happy hunting.
