On This Dungeon WQ You need to do 2 things in dungeon [zone=9525] I done it on Mythic but i thing on Normal and HC is working to:

- Jump in to 4 cleansing font they are around 2nd boss [npc=134063]. They are small pools.
- Kill [npc=134069] last boss in this dungeon.Hope that help You :)

This quest is very poorly done. There are 4 bodies of water around the second boss the Tide Council. Actual tiny lakes around the boss. Just jump your character into the waters anywhere and bingo. You get credit. Jump in all 4 to complete.
You have to jump in the 4 pools of water by the Tidesage Council.
