Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • The Final AscentStormsong Valley · Level 30-60

Beyond this gate lies Lord Stormsong... and our retribution. It seems he has sealed it tight, likely to buy himself time to finish whatever foul ritual awaits us. Release the souls within the Dead Ringer when you are ready. I will direct them into the binding holding the gate shut.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Shrine of the Storm: Whispers BelowLevel 30-60

We must not let Lord Stormsong finish his work. If he delivers the fleet to Azshara, all of Kul Tiras will be vulnerable. Countless innocents will perish -- or worse. There is no time to wait for more of the Storm's Wake to arrive. We finish this now, for the good of all who call this valley home.
