TheWoWDBThe turtle always comes back to the middle. The turtle will walk outwards. When it stops, throw at the middle place. The turtle will turn around and run right into your ring. The timing is perfect every time and you will get three rings on with your first three throws.

So basically, the at least doubled the cast time on throwing the ring, they made the targeting reticule smaller, and the turtle moves more (and faster). This used to be fairly simple and now it's bordering on impossible.
Admittedly, they needed to make it harder since they added the achievement to get 10 in one try, but this is ridiculous.
The turtle travels in an 'X' pattern, aim for the middle, when he reaches an edge of the X throw just as he starts running back to the center.
