It's Hammer Time

It's Hammer Time: Characters that have been flagged as PvP enabled should now be able to complete the quest.

This Quest is bugged in Patch 6.0.3 you can whack the Gnolls but it will not count for the Quest :( Hope they fix this soon

Is it just me or does everyone get stunned and told to stay out of the game area at the end of every play? Irritating as hell.

One Ticket Tactics - Go for the smoke

All of the Darkmoon Faire daily games can be completed on a single ticket. Different games require more skill or luck to achieve this one ticket goal.

In "It's Hammer Time", the key techniques are:

• 
  
• Pan the camera back so you can see all of the barrels at once.
• 
  
• NEVER stop moving. Swing on the run.
• 
  
• Use the "1" key to swing the hammer and the mouse to move
• 
  
• Avoid hitting children. They will stun you for several crucial seconds.
• 
  
• Aim for the gnoll/hogger that just popped up and still has steam around the base. If the steam isn't there, you're likely to swing right as the gnoll pulls back down, costing you valuable time.
• 
  
• Try for the dark brown gnoll (Hogger) if you have a choice. He's worth 3 points. Do NOT run for a Hogger without steam around the base, you'll most often be too late and waste a swing.
• 
  
• You can run through barrels.
• 
  
• Don't worry about your competition beating you to the gnoll. Both of you can whack it and get the point(s).
• 
  

Even if you do everything right, if enough Hoggers don't pop up, you can't finish this in one ticket. Go ahead and spend the extra ticket to complete this game as your score is cumulative across multiple tries during faire time.
