I hate this game with passion.
Unlike some of the other games, this one is easy. After you pay your [item=71083] to [npc=15303] and are loaded into the cannon, just angle your camera straight down.
A few seconds after blast-off, just as you pass over the end of the dock over-looking the water hit the 1 button to cancel your magic wings and you should plunge directly into the target ring, earning you all five points and getting you the Blastenheimer Bullseye achievement.

Description
For just one Darkmoon Game Token, you can ride the Blastenheimer 5000 Ultra Cannon. But the fun doesn't end there! We've placed a target in the water near the boardwalk. If you can score five points from your landing, you can win some prize tickets! A bullseye gets you five points, a close shot three, and landing at least near it gets you one. Happy landings!
