TheWoWDBApperently [item=27633] drops only in normal mode, not on heroic. Even though the other item [item=27632] does drop on heroic. The quest does not specify that it needs to be normal mode. Seems bugged. I asked a GM for the item, but rerunning in normal is probably faster :P

I got this quest after I had already cleared the dungeon. If this happens to you, just run the dungeon again and the items will drop.

Description
Terokk, hero of the Arakkoa, mysteriously vanished one day, leaving only his mask and spear behind. Darkweaver Syth still holds his mask and Talon King Ikiss guards his spear. It would mean a great deal to my people if these items were returned to us.
