The Horde Slayer is an Alliance-only quest for level 10-90. Completing it counts toward 1 achievement.
Wow! Keep it up, soldier!
Slay a bit more Horde and you will go down in the record books among the Alliance.
But it won't be easy, the Horde have put a bounty on your head, so watch it!
For the Alliance!

This is bugged and does not award the title.
Same with me. Got an automated response from Blizzard telling me to look in the forums.
Its criteria name 2 quests; others include:
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
Completing this quest counts toward this achievement.
These quests carry the same name and the same data in every field we hold. Quest 52784 is the main entry.

Looks like it's been bugged for over a month or two now. :(
